In his exhortation to the church at Ephesus, the Apostle Paul said, “Everything exposed by the light becomes visible – and everything that is illuminated becomes a light.  That is why it is said: ‘Wake up, sleeper, rise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.’”

In a culture so choked by darkness, we are called to awaken and become lights.  As the moon reflects the sun, so we, the church, reflect the Son of Righteousness.  The only Christ the world sees is the one we show them.

So, are you reflecting Christ?  Who are you proving Him to be in the world?

Paul goes on to say, “Be very careful, then, how you live – not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil.”

This week, take some time to think about how you’re reflecting Christ to those around you.  Are you making the most of every opportunity, or is it time for you to wake up?
